The coach house is part of the multi million pound hamilton and is a modern barn conversion styled & renovated with luxury holiday let’s in mind. This barn conversion is designed to give it the unique English gent feel. This spectacular holiday home offers a king size bedroom, large bathroom, double bedroom with ensuite & 2single beds with ensuite fully equipped kitchen & spacious lounge area with smart TV. this property has a hot tub and large communal grounds perfect for our furry friends. The coach house is part of the multi million pound Hamilton Development dating back to 1713 and in 1986 was made a Grade 2 listed building. It’s location is superbly situated for those wishing to explore the South Lake District, Yorkshire Dales & Lancashire. However, on the doorstep there are some incredible walks and lovely cafes & town’s worth a visit! Close by is the village Scorton, with a wonderful 3 mile walk around Nicky Nook show casing views of the Forest of Bowland, Heysham & Morecambe. This walk ends by two very well-known cafes, The Apple Store & The Barn. Both are worth a visit during your time here! The market town of Garstang is just down the road and offers a variety of shops, cafés and pubs, as well as a weekly Thursday market. The historic city of Lancaster boasts a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs; or head up to the castle for stories of the famous Pendle witches. The area is perfect for those wishing to enjoy the fresh country air and explore the local footpaths or cycle the quite country lanes. Further afield, the property’s location is near to both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks giving you easy access to some of Britain’s most stunning landscapes and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, such as Arnside and Silverdale, and the Forest of Bowland. Picturesque nearby towns and villages offer the finest in local produce, food and drink, award-winning gastro-pubs and tourist attractions.

Booked the coach house as last minute break for Mother’s Day and what a weekend it was , johns place was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed . John was very quick to sort out a tiny issue we had with the hot water , the issue was resolved in minutes . I would definitely return again soon . We could have stayed forever . Thanks for having us !!!
Our stay at John's house was very happy! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Personally, it's even better. Safe location, ample parking, and a well-maintained house and the TV had Netflix. It was a beautiful, clean, and fragrant house. Everything is new and well kept. It has very tasteful and chic decoration, it feels like being in a royal house due to the exotic decoration. Excellent for those with dogs and spacious for children. Complete kitchen, John left espresso coffee for us as a welcome gesture which was very kind. In the kitchen, there is a washing machine that also dries clothes. The garden is very large and has a new and modern 6-seater jacuzzi with Bluetooth for music, we loved it. Great bathrooms, very clean, good shower, and modern bathtub. The house is 10 minutes from Lancaster University, which was our objective in the city. John was very attentive and quick to respond to messages.

the Hamilton is situated on the a6 bit is in a rural area. there are farms and fields all around.
there are stunning walks up nicky Nook and lovely villages on the doorstep such as Scorton and garstang.
the development is situatedon the a6 and 6miles one way is lancaster and 10miles the other way is Preston and Blackpool.
we are located in a perfect place whether you want to travel to tge above or go a touch further a field to morecambe and the Lake District.
there are bus stops situated directly outside for commuting anyway .
