Great location and beautiful condo. Needs a few more kitchen amenities such as cleaning spray, trash bags, basic spices but otherwise well appointed. Condo is clean and looks new. Towels are provided and can be changed out at the check in area during their open hours. One major thing to note is the pictures don't match the unit. The bedroom with "one queen and one twin" actually has a twin over full bunk bed. The top bunk doesn't have a railing, so it was a concern with having two kids in that room.

Our vacation was better than expected! Britany was very responsive and helped book an excursion and airport transportation. There is a restaurant and coffee shop on site which made vacationing easy when we didn’t want to leave. The pool was refreshing and right next door. The interior of the unit was thoughtfully decorated and natural wood was used throughout. The amenities are indeed scarce as it’s set up as a hotel. However, Britany and Nelson had a great booklet ready at check-in with lots of information about activities, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The pictures are not quite of this unit as there are no doors from the bedrooms to the patio but I think that’s the only difference we noticed. Also, the pool is located within the restaurant area so non hotel guests are around. Though, the restaurant has corn hole and bottle bash to play which was fun! We went during a seemingly quiet week so it still felt quite private. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a GREAT place to stay with a small family! You step out the back, and you're on the beach. You're walking distance to some of the better restaurants in Placencia. The ACs were alll working perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Everything worked as expected, and Britany was very responsive!
