Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Nice, such as Plage Publique de Carras! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a dining table for four and a smart TV for entertainment. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a double bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Merci pour ce séjour ! Nous reviendrons ! L’appartement était conforme à la description et adapté pour notre fils de 3 ans. Un point d’attention pour de futurs visiteurs : prévoir de chercher les clés chez un commerçant à 10/15min à pied de l’appartement.
The home was well_ located, surrounded by grean trees environment. Nicolas was responsive in less than 1 hour, usually. a big supermarket, bank, and pharmacy in 50 meters. 12 min walking to train station to access every where: about 20 min to city center and airport by train. 12 min walking to reach the beach. every facility ( hair drier, iron, iron table, spices, enough dishes and cooking tools , tv amusing for children, etc) is provided at home. But to check in/check out, you should go somewhere else , about 20 min walking, to receive/ give back the keys. wifi was connected for TV, but not connected to mobile because of the wrong given PassW. address instructions are not accurate and don't clarify the building. thanks airbnb and Nicolas. wish bests for new guests
Dear Nicolas, I hope everything is well for u. First, we want to thank you for your place and for giving us quick advice on where to spend our vacation in Nice. Your property is in very nice place - Bus/Train/tramway/Bakery which are very closed. But It's hard for us to describe the terrible condition we found in your house, but we will do our best to point out to you the essentials, such as dirty linens, towels at a surcharge, internet, TV which is impossible to watch at all though news programs because they are constantly interrupted, and especially security, which was one of our most urgent requirements, which unfortunately were not met in our opinion. We can tell you that we have been Airbnb customers for more than 6 years now and have never encountered such a situation as we had in your house, and we think it was a bit annoying. Fortunately, Nice and its surroundings are very beautiful and it is for us the most important and wonderful moments that we want to remember. Regards
