Great place for a couple with one or two kids who love the smell and sounds of the lake, water actives, bird watching, and nature. 2 bedroom, one bath, separate basement area, with kitchenette, and cozy private Outside seating area, in beautiful shawnigan lake, short stroll to the lake. I’m welcoming you into my long term family home, I have set up the basement with a kitchenette which includes a mini fridge, 2 burner induction plate, airfryer, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ, coffee maker, and toaster. I will also provide dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, Coffee, tea and a little cream n sugar. Currently I also have mayo, mustard, ketchup, salt n pepper n Montreal steak spice for your cooking needs. I am offering the space for $150 a night , with no extra cleaning fee. And complimentary late check out at 1 pm. I am very flexible with the check in and check out times, so if your needs are different please let me know, I likely can accommodate you. Also I am now pet friendly for well behaved trained dogs. They will share a fence line, with my dog, and possibly my yard, but let’s chat about that before it happens! We are a very short stroll to the lake, so you can bring your floatables, and pfd, and enjoy the lake, I will also have a few beach towels to share with you. We are 10 mins from Mill bay shopping center , and 10 mins from the kinsol trestle. We have many local awesome restaurants such as the Lakehouse, and Montra Thia, Also Moos pizza and the Swan will deliver. Also would like to address the noisey dog issue that one of my guests had. During his stay, I had an unexpected dog sitter at my home, with an extra dog who was young an very playful. This is not the norm! My dog is older and calm, most of the time. I will continue to strive to provide a quiet n peaceful place for you to stay! Thank you!
