You can launch your boat or jet ski from Marnier Park at a 2-minute drive. Rental boats, canoes, and jet skis are available at a 5-min drive. The house comfortably sleeps nine people on beds. We can provide three (18-inch high) queen-size air mattresses and a sofa bed for six more guests at an additional cost. Maximum capacity is 15. You will enjoy keyless entry to this home with an easy-to-remember access code, high-speed internet, free parking for four cars, and near-zero traffic due to its cul-de-sac location. Check-in is a breeze. For guests with limited mobility, a main bedroom with a king bed, main bath, Smart TVs, living, and dining are all on the main floor. The living room has comfortable seating. It has an outside patio with gorgeous water views. Use your own credentials for Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney+, Hulu, and other streaming services. The second floor boasts two bedrooms with queen size beds, gorgeous water views and a furnished balcony. Your kids will love the additional room with a bunk bed in their own room. There is an additional bedroom on this floor for various uses. A full bathroom on this floor is located next to a large open loft. The kitchen is furnished with plates, utensils, and silverware enough for 12 guests. Unwind with a new Keurig coffee maker and a few starter coffee pods (bring a supply of your favorite coffee pods with you!). The walkout basement has a full bedroom, wet bar, bathroom, and kitchenette. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio. All this can be accessed for an additional charge and if available. For your safety, exterior cameras are installed. Please walk around the house and make a special note of camera locations. Brand new laundry/washer/dryer is located behind the kitchen with an iron and ironing board. Balconies have outdoor furniture for you to bask in the sunlight. However, keep noise levels low so neighbors are not disturbed. Guest access The front door has a keyless entry pad. We will send you the access code a day before your check-in. For your safety, we ask that you Do NOT walk toward the water beyond the black fence in the backyard. It's risky. There is a steep grade and you will be responsible for any injuries. Other things to note: Please drive at <10 miles/hour on the road in front of the house. Speed cameras might be in place. This house is in a newly built residential community. Within 10 min drive, you’ll find groceries, indoor flea market, marina, state park, gas station, pizza shop, convenient stores, pharmacy, Dunkin’ Donuts etc. Boat and canoe rentals are located within five minute drive.
