This stunning, spacious, north-facing one-bedroom apartment is found on the seventh floor of the highly sought-after "Republic" building. Offering a really opulent living environment, it has an indoor living area and stunning views. You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 65" smart Samsung TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. Grazier Ln Parking Garages, 1 day free 15 min park, 3/hr. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. Had a great stay at Daniel’s place. Nice modern apartment just like the photos and beautiful scenic views of the lake. Fast wifi, YouTube and Netflix. Good restaurants and a metro Woolworths just 1 minute away. Thanks Daniel
Excellent clean apartment. 1 large issue, there was no blanket on the bed, only two top sheets and a throw that wasn’t big enough for 1 person let alone two. There was one more throw in the lounge that we used, but it was similarly not large enough. We contacted Daniel multiple times to say that we had been cold. Firstly he said he could send someone with an extra blanket for $30. After some back and forth it was agreed it was an oversight and Daniel said he would try and get someone to bring a proper blanket. It didn’t appear. It’s Canberra. It rains. It gets cold. Surely making sure your guests were warm enough should be a priority. So, it’s a great place to stay if you’ve got space in your luggage for a doona.
Great place to stay. Convenient location with plenty of shops and restaurants right downstairs. Daniel was very responsive. A little difficult in locating keys and carpark.
Lovely place
The place is all what you can ask for. Daniel and his team at CanBNB are quite responsive. TV surprisingly had netflix logged in and working while the internet was up. The cutlery is in abundance but you may want to bring some storage containers. I did have an issue with the internet which was eventually resolved. I also found a ring there (not very expensive) and am happy to organise a return if anyone reaches out directly. In terms of the view and the openness of the space and the amenities like dishwasher tablets and detergents for clothes as well as the cleaning supplies, this place is fully stocked. The view is very peaceful and you don't have privacy concerns as there is no building opposite the apartment. You can leave the blinds open. The parking is just one level below so quite handy as compared to other place i am staying where you go down and down the rabit hole. If you are looking for a short or long term stay in Belconnen, this is the apartment to stay. I will rebook!

You can walk to public basketball courts, a public skating park, bowling, Westfield Belconnen or go for a jog around the lake. The best cafe in the area is Chatterbox which is just a three-minute walk down the road.
Ideally, you would drive. There is unlimited parking beside Mcdonald's if you have multiple cars.

2. Eastern Valley Way Bus Stn - 260m, 2min drive
3. Emu Bank after Aikman Dr - 650m, 2min drive
