My First Airbnb! I was hesitant at first since I have never used the app for stay bookings, but I am glad I went with it. Location: It is located within walkable distance to cafes and restaurants. My team and I enjoy going out for walks and dogs, and it is the best for both. The most convenient for sure! Place: It is very easy to find. The staff are very accommodating and easy to talk to. The room is everything to our expectations. From it's cleanliness, the view, and most especially the comfort. We love the sofa bed in the living room. It was our space for conversations. The only question we had in mind, "Why are we only here for one night?". Hosts: Maxime and Gina are very responsive and easy to talk to. They are very accommodating and very reasonable. I am most grateful to Maxime for trusting me, a first time renter in Airbnb. A deserving 5stars! More if it's possible hehe The best place to recommend! And the best place to stay! Hope to come back with my friends next time!💕

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maxime’s place. The space was clean, well laid out and offered many comfortable amenities. It was walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! There are many places nearby that focus on pampering as well, like massage, salons and facials! Our host was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We will definitely be back!

First, the property is as described. It looks just like the listed photos. It's very easy to self check in. It is right in the middle of BGC so very convenient to walk to malls, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The unit is very clean. I have a cleaning company, and my nose, and hands and feet know if there is dust on carpets, sofas, etc. The unit is spotless! The kitchen has adequate cookware, dinnerware and silverware. Our hosts Max and Gina are easy to communicate with. They are helpful and accommodating and give clear instructions. I could not ask for a smoother transaction. Will definitely book this property again for our next staycation in BGC! 🩷

Highly recommend this place hosted by Maxime. Place was in a good location and offered garage parking. Theres a few convenience stores and lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Maxime and his cohosts were super responsive and helpful. Check in and check out process was seamless. Its a residential building and the front desk and security guards were friendly and helpful. Their security would ask which unit we were staying, which made me believe that they’re ensuring that no random people can just walk in. The unit was furnished well and true to the pictures on the listing. Theres a kitchen, washer and dryer, iron, and hair dryer too. Wifi was fast. Thanks Maxime and team! Would highly consider booking this place again.
