Easy check-in. Plenty of street Parking. The house looks a lot better and bigger in person. The island bar looked small in the pictures but it was spacious. All the bedrooms were spacious. Clutter-free; safe to let my 16-month-old roam around the house. Tracey answered all of my questions and accommodated 100% of my requests. The living room needs more bright lighting. 10 mins from the harbor. Quiet neighborhood. Overall I would stay here again. Lovely home!

This is a very cozy,quiet, beautiful home tucked in a residential area. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen if you would like to cook or just make tea,coffee. We were a group of 6 people,visiting Channel Islands that's why we chose this property. Even Island Packers from where ferry leaves is also just about 10mins driving distance.The space is clean,tidy and well organized. Tracy's instructions were clear and she was kind enough to check in early as we arrived early in Ventura. A few small shopping malls ( grocery,pharmacy, Starbucks) are about 5-6mins drive distance. We would love to stay at Tracy's place again!

We were visiting our son at UCSB and wanted to shop at the Camarillo outlets. Tracy’s was in the perfect location, had comfortable beds, smelled amazing and the showers worked great.

Great listing! Beautiful home that is up to par with the photos provided and lots to eat near by. If we are ever in the area again, would definitely stay again.
