The place is difficult to locate, we were even accused of breaking the chair which when my gf was about to sit it fell immediately like we were framed to look like we were the one who broke it, there were even cockroaches in the place and it feels like it wasn't cleaned because there were dirt in the floor and the cr was like it wasnt cleaned. a cozy and simple place to have for a short or even long period of stay...near SM and city proper.quite neigborhood with 24hrs security...curfew at 10pm inside the subdivision...all in all our stay for 3days is good...during our stay no netflix available...but wifi is very strong...great value for what ive paid for...thank you place is recomended to all who wants a budget friendly stay...

Overall it was good place to stay, very clean and easy to check-in. But there's only one bed, I thought it's good for 3 people (no pull-out/sofa bed) and only street parking.

The place is definitely one of the coziest place we have booked. Sad that we are not able to stay long as we have to check out early. The place is very clean and the surrounding is quiet but safe. Will definitely book again to enjoy the amenities.
