This is our 2nd time to stay at Joanna's place... we feel at home and comfortable. They provided us everything we needed and a little more. It is a plus that we can cook, wash our clothes, free wifi and free purified water (with dispenser). My kids enjoy going back and forth to her store. We couldn't be anymore happier. We had a pleasant two-days stay. Definitely value for money.

It was a very pleasant stay at Ms. Joanna's place. She is very friendly, always smiling and accomodating. As soon as we arrived, she helped me to carry all the bags inside our unit. Her place is very clean and comfortable. The room also also comes with clean towels and toiletries for us to use. It also helps that she runs a minimart at her transient home as it very convenient not to go elsewhere to buy some snacks and drinks. Overall it was value for money. Highly recommendable!

The communication with the owner of the unit was really good. They were really kind and helpful. They answer really fast when there are inquiries. Although there was aircondition it was really warm and i think it is because of the heat itself and it was too much. The condition of the unit was okay. There was just a bit of unfulfilled expectation with the unit when it comes to the bath. The shower was not strong and the water coming out if it was unpleasant.

it was a good stay. i had a good rest and neighbors were friendly. lalo na ung sa service car lapit sknla. i had a fun stay in Lucena thanks to maam Jo and the service car driver sir Cedric. kahit nagkaprob sa door, mabilis naaksyunan nila agad. yung shower lang problem ko, but it was all good buong stay ko po. peaceful and really felt like home. would love to book again pag nabalik ako sa Lucena. thank you.

had a good night sleep..very peaceful place..very clean bedsheets..my rhinitis did not flare up..friendly and accomodating host..worth the price..this will be my go to place in Lucena
