The property had not been cleaned when we arrived. There were crumbs on the sofa, nail clippings and toothpaste splatter in the bathroom and dirty plates in the kitchen cupboards. In general, the propert needs a deep clean. Many things are broken, unsafe and in need of repair. The internet connection is unstable, slow and unsuitable for home working as it drops out on teams calls. We had to call the management team twice to top up the gas/electricity meter as it has pennies remaining in emergency funds. I dont expect to be keeping an eye on electricity usage. People let themselves into the property several times without notice for cleaning/garden works., not great if you want to work from the property or leave valuables when out. Be aware that you will be contacted hours before check in to send copies of your passports and to sign an additional rental agreement which takes you outside of the usual Airbnb agreement.
