Was a great place to stay & a great host. The location is central to everything & within walking distance to the esplanade. House was very nice and very clean upon checking in. Alot of extras were available such as beach towels, picnic basket, stroller, beach umbrella, camp chairs, ironing board, pet bed & toys & portable aircon. Only thing we found was the oven didn't work but there was an air fryer provided to compensate. Overall was a great experience & would certainly stay again.

The house was as advertised, just a cute little cottage house. Katie is very accommodating, it had ever we needed, like a little retreat house. It felt like home staying there and was much cheaper than a hotel and definitely more comfortable.

House was very clean and everything was there (toiletries, kitchen gadgets, dog bed, even beach towels). I packed so much stuff that I didn't need. I wish I'd known what was there to save on packing! But there was no microwave - I definitely would have brought one ! And no drier (I would have brought a drying rack). WiFi worked well. Short 5 minute walk to beach. Back yard tidy but not enclosed with fence to keep pets safe. I thought pet friendly implied fenced yard. Inside the house was very pet friendly and our dog loved her stay.
