We loved our stay at Marylous! It was everything that we expected it to be and more. It's a beautiful and private place to stay and very charming inside and out. She made homemade cookies and brownies, which my son's loved and blue berrie muffins, which were my favorite!!! I would recommend Marylous to anyone. We had a wonderful stay in the "charming carriage house" - it is beautifully appointed, absolutely immaculate, cozy, and quiet. The house is a 10 minute drive to Ballston Spa where we found a very good bakery - Night Work Bakery. We spent our weekend in nearby Saratoga Springs, but will definitely come for another visit and look forward to exploring the surrounding countryside and town of Ballston Spa. Marylou was a gracious host and very responsive whenever we texted her. Many thanks, Mary Lou, for making us feel welcome!

A cozy place to stay worthy of more than 5 stars! We would recommend Marylou’s carriage house unconditionally. Tasteful furnishings throughout the space showcase roomy comfort, from cozy afghans to a welcoming plate of delicious chocolate cookies. We were delighted & certainly plan on returning to their location next time we’re in the area.
