We are the 2nd house from the entrance to the beach park, and walking distance to all the wonderful coffee shops, bars an restaurants that Ocean Beach has to offer! The 1 bedroom cottage is small and yet cozy but has a well-designed layout creating a functional living space! This is cottage # 3 of 4 individual cottages. The bedroom has 1 very comfortable queen memory foam bed and the living room has a comfortable pull out sofa bed. The space is best enjoyed by 2 adults but will fit up to 4 guests. The vaulted ceilings and multiple windows invite natural light to brighten the space. The kitchen has a coffee pot, full size 5 burner stove, microwave, and frig. The newly finished bathroom gives you the beach vibe indoors with stone tile flooring. There is a flat screen tv with smart features. The unit equips you for the beach experience offering 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, an umbrella, cooler, and boogie board located in the deck box on the front porch. A hose is located on the back patio so you can rinse off your sandy toes. There is no laundry available on the unit, but there is a laundromat less than a block away. There is free street parking available. We advise you to be aware of any street sweeping signs. The property is meticulously maintained and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. The max occupancy of 4 adults will be enforced unless approved feel free to ask, no parties allowed. This is a NON-smoking property. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. There is a gate code to enter the unit space. For your convenience, the cottage door is accessible with keyless entry using a keypad. The deck box has a combination lock for easy access.
