This new building is nice! We appreciated the close proximity to downtown allowing us to ride the scooters where we needed to go but parking was easy too! Its clean and quiet! We only wish it would have been a tad warmer to enjoy the awesome patio/balcony.

Stayed here for a few months for surgery that I had back in March at Mayo Clinic. The apartment was extremely clean and the appliances in the unit, especially the kitchen, were very well stocked and clean as well. The beds were very comfortable and for an apartment building, the neighbors were extremely quiet and friendly! The only aspect about noise I would mention would be that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around a bit and when their toilet flushes, but this is kind of expected in an apartment and it wasn’t a bother for us personally, just wanted to mention it! The location is also really close to Mayo Clinic, restaurants and a local grocery store, which was super convenient as well! There is also a park nearby, Soldier’s Field, that is really nice if you like to walk outside.
