A luxury town-centre apartment located in one of Shrewsbury's most historical streets, Mardol. Stylishly decorated with quality furnishings and dramatic vaulted ceiling in the sitting room. 2 bedrooms, one on each floor, a lovely modern kitchen, and shower room on the ground floor. Stunning LED up-lighting and a 70" Samsung Smart TV in the sitting room. You will love the open plan space here. Shrewsbury is a beautiful town and we're sure our apartment will be a perfect place to base yourselves. As we did, when we first saw the interior, we hope you too will have that 'wow factor'. The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of beautiful Shrewsbury town with all restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes walk. Please be aware that guests may hear some roadside noise below from pedestrians in the front bedroom and living area front windows. This shouldn't detract from your stay and is an expectation from such a central location. The main living space is on the first floor by steps from the gated entrance. The main entrance door leads you into the main accommodation which feels light and spacious due to the 4 metre high stunning vaulted ceiling. We have installed LED atmospheric lighting which sits just above the wall panelling and uplights the ceiling as you'll see from the photos. It looks fantastic at night. There is comfortable seating for 4 guests across from a superb 70 inch Samsung Smart TV with sound bar below for relaxing after a day exploring. This has Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies and lots of Apps. At this stage, we don't have live terrestrial channels. Behind the seating area is an elegant marble and chrome table with 6 chairs. Great for sharing meals in lovely surroundings or a fabulous space to work from. No need for curtains here, electric blinds close over the sitting room windows for those cosy nights in. A doorway leads into a double bedroom with a relaxing bed and storage space. You have a great street view from the window. Up the staircase to the first floor where we have a seated area and another door to the main bedroom which has a fantastic king bed, stylish dressing table and storage. Walk into the hallway which branches off to the bathroom. This has a double sized enclosed glass shower with Victorian overhead and separate handheld fittings, large sink, WC and heated towel rail. There's also plenty of storage for your toiletries. A couple of steps further down the hall is our stylish kitchen with dark grey units and real wood worktops. The room is lovely and bright and has under-unit lighting. We have an induction hob, electric oven and combination microwave oven. There is a large fridge with freezer underneath. With so much to do in Shrewsbury and the surrounding market towns, Shropshire Hills and events throughout the year, we are sure you will have a great time staying with us.

Beautiful stylish apartment in great location centre of Shrewsbury. Exactly as photographed and described. Excellent communication before and during our stay. Very responsive. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Close to amenities and variety of restaurants and bars. We had a really great time. Very quiet and relaxing. Thank you.
We loved the apartment, it was just as pictured and everything was of really good quality and very clean / well maintained. Lovely bathroom and shower, and kitchen was well appointed. The TV and sound set up was easy to work and it was good to have all the streaming channels on there in case it rains and you’re stuck inside. It is also good being on two floors as you have the space if people want to do different things. We struggled a little at night though and had to give the children the main bedroom (at the back of the house) whilst my wife and I had the smaller room at the front, as being town centre location and close to pubs, it was quite noisy into the early hours which I don’t think the kids would have coped well with. But if you stay in a town centre you expect some noise I guess. Overall though it is a really lovely place to stay, very convenient for the amenities of central Shrewsbury - and apart from noise overnight we wouldn’t have a bad word to say about it.
Good location, just up the street from weatherspoons. Apartment was clean and spacious, and hosts always responded. Main lounge was a good size with a very large TV on the wall.
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean with everything you might need. There was paid street parking outside but we opted for a nearby multistorey as it was cheaper. There are cafés, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep but it was still peaceful at night. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is on one of the prettiest streets in Shrewsbury. The town's shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops are within a few minutes walk.
You have an abundance of restaurants to choose from on your doorstep, from a popular Italian restaurant, two Indian restaurants, exclusive shops, and several pubs. You couldn't get a better location.
There is paid parking on the street alongside the apartment and as it continues parallel to the high street, subject to availability. There are 3 car parks within a 2 minute walk so it's really easy to park. Parking is charged hourly by the council, but is also free between 6pm and 8am.
