I recently stayed at Hannah's place and unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. Firstly, the room was not cleaned and ready upon check-in time. We had to wait a staggering 2 hours before we could even access our accommodation, which was a major inconvenience after a long journey. Attempting to contact Hannah during the ordeal was also challenging. Despite the attempts, It took a while to get a response, leaving us even more frustrated and unsure of what to do. To add to the disappointment, the towels provided were smelly, as if they hadn't been properly washed and dried. The water dispenser also wasn't replenished. Lastly, Hannah promised to provide a discount for the inconvenience, but it's been 2 weeks since our stay and we have yet to receive it. While the location and the amenities were satisfacory, the lack of preparedness and communication from Hannah significantly impacted our overall experience. I hope the issues can be addressed for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay a lot because of the comfy and peaceful vibes of the unit itself and of the neighborhood. It's nice to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the place. I love how comfy the bed is and how pretty the view from the balcony. I would love to book here again.

Really good clean place. NO old stinky furniture or itchy bed, zero bugs. spotless. Had everything you need! big tv for netflix too. does have a hairdryer and extra towels and when i requested more towels, Hannah had some brought over right away. host is very helpful with any needs and was very polite in sorting any thing out. even was flexible with check in and check out times without hesitation. definitely no reason to stay anywhere else. 10/10

Hannah's place at Tambuli residences is a neat and modern studio in a fairly new building with a balcony with ocean view. You have access to the bars and restaurants at the Tabuli resort, which is about 150 meters away. For a fee you can swim and use the gym if you like at the resort. The Tambuli complex is a beautifully landscaped oasis within Mactan island. Overall, I recommend Hannah's place.
