When in Liverpool, I always check first to see if Elles places are available. I love her air bnb homes, and her homes are so beautiful. Elle is so friendly, kind and beyond accommodating. Her customer service is more as a friend than transactional — which adds to the experience. It’s always a pleasure to stay. Thank you for having me x

Easy to find with clear instructions from the host. Elle was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was quite shabby with holes in the walls and work being done outside. There was lots of noise from the apartments upstairs, the walls are very thin but the road noise was minimum and it didn’t feel entirely safe with the main building door being unlocked all the time. It worked for what we needed it for and was easy to get into the centre by car or uber! Thank you Elle 😊

Nice flat, great value. Plenty of busses into town nearby. Plenty of supermarkets in walking distance. Exactly what I needed. Not a criticism, just a warning. Phone reception for me was fairly bad in the area. Obviously nothing to do with the owner, just keep that in mind if you've to contact Elle before arriving. Even just ask for the Wifi password in advance

The photos make this place look a lot nicer than it is. Upon arrival, I noticed the bedding had stains and hair on it. The host informed me that was from her daughter’s banana. Either way, it’s not acceptable. Sofa was covered in crumbs to the point where I had to take the blanket outside and shake to shake it. The kitchen has barely any utensils, so don’t expect to cook. The microwave does not work, too. Not a single fork in sight. Very noisy building with people making noise until around 3 am. Overall, just an unpleasant stay.
