Carlos and Marci’s home was absolutely perfect for our group. Their home is close to downtown Savannah, which makes ubering/driving easy. I will definitely be booking with them again for our next trip to Savannah.
This place was awesome! I went with friends for a long weekend and we had an absolute blast! The house was super clean and the pool was great. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around. We had an awesome time. I’d go back to that same spot if I went to Savannah again!
The first impression is incredible, once in the house it’s crazy spacious and yet cozy, the covered pool is amazing and the beds are to die for would love to stay again!!! I would give it 5 out 5 stars!!!!!
the house was gorgeous! carlos and marci were wonderful hosts and very responsive. there is a grocery store walking distance and its the perfect location halfway between the beach and downtown if you plan to do both.
Carlos and Marci provided a comfortable space for our group of 10 for a 3 night stay. Everyone in the group commented on how perfect it was for us.

The property sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony.
The neighborhood is in a secluded area of town, but you will still have easy access to Tybee and Downtown - you will enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!
There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart and Kroger within 3 minutes. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!
The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.
There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately a mile from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 2.5-miles away.
