Travel through the fairy glades onto Brook Street and follow the stream as it meanders towards the centre of the village. Take the grassy track up to Croft Cabin and unpack among apple trees. Hire a bike for your stay and explore the tow paths, lanes, AONB hills, Downs and beaches. From the private, bubbling hot tub, observe a shooting star and let the rain on the tin roof soothe you to sleep, in a cosy king-size bed. 'Appley' treats await - help yourselves! Croft Cabin sits in a private part of the orchard, above the main house at roof level, affording a wonderful feeling of privacy. Access is via a five-bar gate from a short track, just off the village road that leads down to the canal. The cabin comprises one timber-lined room, which is carpeted and affords full-length lined curtains, cushions, subtle lighting, an electric log burner, and a kitchenette. Washing up and shower/WC are provided at the Glamping Hut, which is serviced by a drinking water tap. Fairy lights automatically light up at dusk, down through the orchard creating a pretty view. There is a five-meter deck to the front, which is covered over in part so that even in a shower you can enjoy the outdoors. The deck wraps all the way around to the back on both sides, where the hot tub and sun lounger can be found. The orchard is next to farmland and gardens and borders Brook Street below. The boundaries are enclosed by willow fencing, hedges, and blackberry thickets.
