Hardwood floors throughout, large windows(Lots of Natural Light). Easy access to convenient transportation options. ***NOTE*** : Please note that there is potential for street noise and the sound of trains passing by occasionally. It is a part of the city experience. *This is an Exceptionally Rare short-term rental property in Manhattan! This is a Legal short-term rental. It does not run afoul of the Airbnb advertising law.* Stay at my amazing recently renovated 3-story Townhouse on Park Avenue in East Harlem close to all the main NYC attractions like Central Park. Only 10 minute's walk to Central Park and easy for Uber/Lyft access or take the 4/6 train. You are more than welcome to shop at all the luxury brands nearby and eat at the best restaurants in town. The Townhouse is spacious and thoughtfully put together for your comfort with a private backyard and free private parking space. 3 of the bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed. There is also a blowup queen bed for larger parties that don't mind the inflatable mattress for a couple of nights. During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available in the unit. This will ensure a comfortable and cool environment during your stay.

Loved this place! Close to Central Park and metro. Place looks beautiful and has a lot of amenities to make your stay like home. Rooms are like a 5 star hotel! The wifi is not the best but works! Jessica was a great host and was super responsive! Definitely a place to go back
We truly enjoyed staying in this spacious townhome. While some comments highlighted the proximity to the train, you get used to passing trains very quickly and they were never an issue for us (including an infant). The home offered a lot of space, was very close to the 6 train, and the neighborhood had some great restaurants and a great coffee shop a block away. Also close to a pharmacy and grocery. Appliances all worked. 3.5 bathrooms made getting ready in the morning and for bed easy. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful. Really helped make our experience top notch. We would stay here again.
If you are looking for the all in City experience for a large group this is the property for you... the train whisking by, the cars on the road and the ambient noise from New Yorkers walking down the street, this townhouse on Park & East 101st Street is the place for you. Jessica is an amazing and responsive host, Five Stars! The beds are very comfortable, but the listing's amenities need a bit of polishing. Location is great, three blocks from the 6 Train and Central Park. Fantastic restaurants around the corner (Effy's Kitchen & Chu Ros Thai) just to name a few. I love NYC and would definitely go back with my family.
