Naomi was super pleasant and would check in to make sure things were okay! It should be noted that there is no view of the outside as the windows are frosted and that this is the basement of a family home so on occasion there will be some noises. With that said, this place was well worth it! The subway is super close and I always felt safe in the neighborhood. Naomi is a very welcoming, gracious and responsive host; one of the best I’ve ever had!
Great Airbnb for female solo travelers. I was looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay as this time I was traveling alone. Naomi made me feel right at ease and I had a wonderful stay. I also had the privacy I was looking for as the apartment is on a separate floor and isn't shared with any other Airbnb guests. The house is fenced in and secure and the neighborhood is a safe area. It's a great location- many places to get food nearby and easy walking distance to the subway and buses going to Manhattan and other parts of brooklyn. Quick commute into Manhattan. Naomi was very responsive to all communications and is such a kind hostess. would stay again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arose!
This location was very accessible, with great restaurants and public transportation nearby. The airbnb was very clean, neat, spacious, and comfortable. Naomi was very kind, communicated consistently, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay.

The residential neighborhood offers convenient amenities such as a 24-hour ShopRite, Amazing Savings, a local gym, and a nail salon, all located just around the corner from the house. Within a short walk, you can indulge in the famous Di Fara pizza or enjoy delicious baked goods at Ostrovitsky Bakery. In the opposite direction, a brief stroll will lead you to Ortobellos, an old-school, family-run Italian American restaurant with a wide array of delectable options. Nearby bus lines include the B6 and B11, and the F subway line is just a minute’s walk away. The Q subway line is also easily accessible. Prospect Park, with its botanical gardens, zoo, boat house, lake, and Sunday smorgasbord, is a mere 15-minute subway ride away or can be reached by a leisurely walk of under an hour for the adventurous. Coney Island beach, with its boardwalk, amusement park, rides, and lifeguards during the summer season, is a 30-minute subway ride away.
Parking might be a bit challenging at times, but there's free street parking available. Within a one-block radius, you'll usually find a spot. Just keep in mind that alternate side parking is in effect twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 8:30 am to 10 am. During those hours, people often double park on the alternate side.
