Don’t hesitate to book Ricky’s place! We were so thankful to arrive to this wonderful flat. We had hoped to utilize the beautiful patio, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us on our trip, but this airbnb was so well thought out and taken care of from the beautiful decor, to the personal toiletries for each guest, the extra towels (thank you!!!) and above all the cleanliness! It was spotless!!!! Ricky and his team deserve your bookings as they are by far the top of the line in making sure that every detail is taken care of so their guests don’t have to worry about a thing when it comes to their accommodations. All Airbnb owners should take a lesson from Ricky and his team. You can usually only find this level of care and service at a five star hotel. The location is amazing too! Thank you Ricky! We will be back!

I stayed at Ricky’s because it was close to where my Daughter has been staying for the past few months. The flat was beautiful and the patio is a huge space that adds so much value. It was so close to the Underground and was great for us explore the City using trains and buses. I would recommend this space to anyone visiting London.

Beautifully designed and ideally located, this was an excellent home base for my family’s week in London. The flat is beautifully appointed with Buster+Punch cabinet and door hardware, and electrical fixtures. The back garden is lovely if you happen to have a sunny day. Ricky was an incredibly responsive host. The neighborhood is beautiful, with a nice local, a Starbucks, and several excellent local restaurants within 50 feet of the front door. Only a 10-minute walk to the Tube, you can be on the other side of town in 30 minutes. Aside from the upstairs neighbor’s marching that kept us up late and woke us up early, the only complaint keeping this from a 5-star review is the beds, which are pretty awful. Though Ricky responded quickly to supply a foam topper, it only made these low-quality, springy, mattresses tolerable. Sadly, still not hotel (or home) quality by any stretch. An investment in high quality memory foam mattresses to match the high quality hardware would be wise!

Here’s what you need to know: 1. The space is awesome. Decorated in a very cool, chic manner, and not a bunch of cheap stuff that looks good from a distance but is cheap and doesn’t perform. It’s high quality throughout, like the amazingly cool dimmer light switches. 2. It’s super quiet at night. The bedrooms are set back from the road, and there’s even an internal door separating the bedrooms and bathrooms from the front of the house, so again, shut that door and it is tomb quiet for sleeping! 3. Location is fantastic. Residential street, but loads of shops and restaurants nearby and the Earl Court tube station approx 5 minutes away. Short walk there and you can directly catch the District, Piccadilly, and Circle lines that took us everywhere we wanted to go.
