Welcome to the newly appointed Everett Estate: Where Modern Luxury Meets Historic Charm. Boasting picturesque mountain views, this 6,700 square ft home underwent a year-long renovation to modernize & revitalize both the home & the expansive grounds. With 10 all-suite rooms and 1 top floor studio apartment, this boutique inn was expertly designed to host up to 30 overnight guests and weddings and events of up to 125 guests. Interior Design: Becky Seager | WKNDR Design of Charlottesville Uniquely designed guest rooms, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches await you at Everett Estate. This restored Inn delivers a boutique experience filled with plenty of dazzling details and alluring views and amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay. Enjoy pure relaxation as you take in the sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sip your morning coffee from one of our numerous intimate hideaways. Indulge in a cozy cocktail while you converse with friends by the fire pits. The Layout: First Floor Parlor- Moody living area with purple walls and conversational seating. This room has a full bath with a stand-up shower available for all guests to use. There is also a separate ADA-compliant half bath located inside of the parlor. Dining Room- Four separate 4-seat dining tables are great for card games, cocktails or meals. Original 110" high functional wood pocket doors separate the dining area from another living space, featuring 2 champagne velvet sofas, an additional 4-seat dining table for games or eating, and another half bath. Suite 4: -Sleeps up to 3 - King Bed and Twin Daybed - 55" Smart TV - Marble bath with glass-enclosed stand-up shower - Keurig with coffee and tea fixings - Table and 2 chairs for meals or WFH This is a second-floor suite so stairs are required to access. Please Note: In an effort to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests, we welcome well-behaved children ages 12 years and above to join their parent or guardian in our suites. Children of all ages are welcome to stay when you rent the entire Estate. We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to the nature of the property, guests are not allowed to bring their pets to stay.

We absolutely loved it! The decor was so fun and eclectic—a great compliment to the old home. Comfortable beds, great space, and Gabby was very friendly and helpful. Everything you could want was right there. We will certainly be back. 😃
The Everette Estate was the perfect moms weekend away with inspiring interior design & all the amenities you could want to detach from typical life. The location is close to so many great restaurants & the house manager Gabby was bubbly, kind and so helpful! Hands down will be back. We loved the continental breakfast and relaxing stay.
Becky and Gabby were absolutely delightful from start to finish and the place was just amazing. Exactly as pictured and probably one of the most aesthetically pleasing places I have ever stayed at. In common areas and in the room. Large bed, cleaned immaculately, large tv with live tv, large shower, great location. By great location, I mean GREAT location. Super quiet/ peaceful and 5-15 minutes to all breweries, wineries and Wintergreen. Views are amazing. Continental breakfast in the morning was convenient and just perfect for us. There’s no doubt I’ll be back again!

Six wineries (Afton Mountain Vineyards, Cardinal Point Vineyard and Winery, Flying Fox Vineyard and Winery, Hill Top Berry Farm & Winery, Valley Road Vineyards and Veritas Vineyard), three breweries (Blue Mountain Brewery, Devils Backbone Brewing Company and Three Notch'd), and two cideries (Blue Toad Hard Cider and Bold Rock Hard Cider) decided to form a group to more efficiently market and leverage their unique “micro” appellation. Nelson 151 was created.

Hi, I’m Becky! After 9 years in the medical sales industry, I officially resigned from corporate America and began my own business in 2014 designing and managing vacation rental properties. I am the owner of WKNDR Design (Interior Decorating + Design Services) and while I do still love to cater to furnished rental properties, I have taken on plenty of residential and several commercial design projects. Come say hi to me and follow along upcoming Airbnb design projects on the 'Gram @WKNDRdesign - I love when guests tag me in their pics so I can see all of the fun they are having at the house or out and about in Charlottesville! I split my time between Charlottesville, VA and Rockport, MA and in 2021 I opened a clothing boutique in Rockport called RKPT WKNDR [rockport weekender] @RKPT_WKNDR on IG. Whenever I am not in C'ville I have a great team of reliable helpers make sure that everything runs smoothly at the homes that I host. My days are always exciting and different, between hosting, interior design projects, and the boutique! But in the moments between all of the hustle and bustle, I love sharing a great meal out with friends -favorite restaurants in C'ville are MAS, Oakhart Social, Alley Light and BANG and favorite restaurants in the Rockport area are Tonno and, of course, fresh lobster from Roy Moore Lobster Co. Sipping wine on my balcony over the harbor Rockport is my happy place, and I am a firm believer that laughter is, in fact, the best medicine. I am always happy to go above and beyond to make my guests feel comfortable and have a great experience. My #1 goal is for you to have a wonderful time!
