Communication with Alexis was prompt, and he was super accommodating as well. Check-in was excellent, as we had someone come to the pier to greet us and help us carry our bags. Thank you! The view of Yelapa Bay from the Villa is spectacular, and the well-maintained pool was the highlight of our stay! Villa 1 could benefit from some modernization and a bit more care, especially considering the price we paid. We've stayed in other properties in Yelapa over the years that were better maintained and at lower rates. We had the basics we needed for a one-night stay at the villa, but it could definitely use more thorough cleaning and more supplies for a longer stay.

The place is well situated and acquainted. The roof top deck was a nice surprise and the pictures are spot on. My only complaint would be that I didn’t get to stay there for the full four nights I originally booked but Alexis did put me up in another place for free. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our worst stay anywhere in the world. Badly maintained, dirty and smelly. Booked for 8 days, left in disgust after 3 days. Holes in doors and windows invited in rodents and other creatures. Bedroom smelt so bad we slept on couch and the floor. Couch filthy, covered by a moving company blanket. 1 pot , 1 pan in “kitchen”. Mouse droppings on dishes and in cupboards.The lower portion of the steps to the unit have collapsed and are a safety hazard. The extent of the problems were so bad that there was no point in communicating with the host, the place would have to be totally renovated to make it habitable. We were so appalled by the conditions that we forfeited our 8 day payment and left after 3 days. We found a properly maintained, clean and well equipped place nearby and AT A CHEAPER RATE! We were not prepared to ruin our vacation by staying or trying to explain the conditions to the host. This unit should not be on Air BnB and should be shut down. We have pictures.
