The location was very accessible by DLR station or a car, and it is near Excel. It seemed safe and quiet too. However, there are few things that are worth mentioning: 1. Listing says the host will meet you at the door, but this is not true. I was instructed a day before check in that we would need to wait for someone to get out (or in) the building to be able to go inside. I believe this is unacceptable for an AirBnb host. Never have I ever experienced this with other Airbnb hosts(here in UK or abroad). It’s either there’s a lockbox outside or the host or a receptionist will personally meet you. On day of arrival we waited 20 mins for someone to open the door. 2.We had the most uncomfortable sleep ever. The pillows were horribly flat, no extra pillows for the 5th person. It would have been nice to have a sofa bed for the 5th person (not just a sofa). There was an airbed but not sure if the duvet cover and fitted sheet were washed or clean. 3.Not that very clean, some areas are dusty.

Great and spacious flat in a brand new area of London. Lots of amenities nearby and the DLR is a reliable transport option. I would definitely book again.

Place was not ready on arrival and no hot water 1st morning but host fixed both of these issues quickly with good communication. Great location if want a simple place to stay close to the Excel. Instructions to get in were to ‘wait until someone walks out and hold the door’ which I would say is not acceptable check in procedure. Beds and bedding were not comfortable. It was fine overall but I wouldn’t stay again.

The stay at Billi’s place was very nice , we had such a nice relaxing time. The place is very clean and furniture was in good condition and the rooms looked better in person than the pictures.Overall everything was lovely, communication was fast once we arrived and the area was quiet so we had great sleep and no trouble.

Perfect stay for me and my friends we were very comfortable and had a great time. Just had to do some cleaning to make sure everything was fresh to settle in. Apart from that it was a lovely place spacious rooms!
