In the end, Vacassa took responsibility for the many issues (I've only listed the major issues) and their overall inability to quickly fix the issues by refunding a significant portion of our rental payment. So while it was not a good experience, at least they did not brush it off. If you have a problem with a Vacassa rental, get to a supervisor. The front line customer service folks could not be nicer, but they can't do anything.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was big with lots of space, clean, great kitchen, and the hot tub by the babbling brook was a dream. However, our only complaint was that the heat was set below 50 when we arrived, and lock boxes over the thermostat made it challenging to warm up the upstairs and separate bedrooms. Despite this, the overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Easy checkout instructions.

Beautiful location with a functioning hot tub that’s located right on a relaxing babbling river and a clear view of the stars unaffected by any light pollution on a clear cloudless night. It sets the scene for a peaceful n easy-feeling-evenings after hitting the slopes. Great local shops with no shortage of grilled cheese selections for lunch. Very close to Sugarbush ski resort and a short 30 mile drive to Killington Ski resort. Tho, heating the house was mostly controlled by a very useful propane fireplace heater, turning it off at night unfortunately left the bedrooms chilly but easy to remedy. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would return.

Absolutely stunning location next to the river. Perfect central location
