The Birch Perch exceeded our expectations! It was easy to find and the drive into the town of Warren was beautiful. Lots of different activities to do in the area no matter what time of year you visit. The treehouse was so inviting and cozy with a very functional layout. The outside deck is spacious and relaxing with awesome views. It is clearly evident that so much thought, detail and effort went into creating this special space. Can’t recommend the Berch Perch enough! Thank you, Betsy!

The treehouse was one of the most magical places we have every stayed! It was even better than we imagined and Betsy and Rich were responsive and wonderful hosts. We have been raving about the trip to our friends and family and definitely hope to come back some day!

I just had the most relaxing and romantic week here. One of the best vacations I've ever taken! The bed was incredibly cozy. Sitting under the stars in the hot tub added an extra layer of amazing. It was worth every penny!
