The consensus among all adult guests who are all Airbnb pro guests was that the property deserves not more than 3 star review. + Location is great + Big and can fit the number of people in the listing comfortably + Has almost everything you need, from dishes all the way to TV, etc. + Reasonably clean given it is pretty old. - We arrived at 3:30 pm and the house was not ready. We had to wait all the way to 4:20 pm to get in the house since cleaners were still in the house - The garage pin code was not given to use and it took 30-40 mins to wait for an agent to pick the phone and about 5-10 mins for the agent to figure out the code - There were flies in the house specially in the master bedroom bathroom and in the kitchen. The flies were there upon check in. There are lots of ways to significantly reduce them. The "luxury" listing should not have so many flies - Pool was closed - Dryer was not working ($20 refunded) Overall it is a reasonable place but far from luxury of 5 star!
