Welcome to Juniper Rise! *We’re currently away in Europe, hence a pause 😊 Our self contained accomodation with beautiful garden & sea views is situated on our property and is adjoined to the main house via a breezeway deck. Kangaroo Island (KI) what can we say?! With it's sun drenched coastlines & tranquil island lifestyle we encourage our guests to take advantage of the slower pace of life & relish in it's simple pleasures. KI is your ultimate getaway to explore, enjoy, relax and unwind! Juniper Rise is part of our micro produce business! During your stay you may spot us (Kev & Amanda) working hard in our market garden that we've built since moving to KI. We provide chemical free/spray free produce to local eateries and KI residents. You'll be able to tour the garden, feed the chickens and also see what healthy goodness is growing and available to purchase during your stay if you wish! You are welcome to look this up on Fbook :-) Your accomodation overlooks the veggie gardens & chickens, with the ocean shimmering in the background. It is newly renovated with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It has an open plan Living/Dining area with a fire place for those winter months, separate Bedroom with large BIR, Bathroom and Laundry space.

Staying in Juniper Rise was super special. Kev and Amanda were remarkable hosts - staying in their place we had all the privacy, but with an added benefit of a guardian angel (Kev) who was always 2 steps ahead anticipating our needs and wants. We were amazed by Kev's generosity - he made sure we had the staple food in the fridge on our arrival, as well as freshly baked bread and the famous KI honey. He also supplied us with good vibes and lovely chats. At the end of our stay, Kev and Amanda also gave us a gift for our celebration. Kev was so thoughtful and proactive in making our time on KI more wonderful, but was also low-key in doing that. The house itself is very cute, everything is new, and it's equipped with good-quality appliances. And there was absolutely everything we needed and more! The place was impeccably clean (and I mean it!), it was just so pleasant to spend slow mornings and evenings in this environment. Massive thank you, Kev and Amanda!
Absolutely loved our time on Kangaroo Island and at Juniper Rise. The guesthouse is gorgeous and so comfortable - a really peaceful place to unwind in the evening. Kevin is a really friendly and helpful host. You won't find a better place to stay!
Hervorragend und sehr schön ausgestattetes Appartement, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Blick auf Garten, Hühner und Meer, zentral gelegen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Kevin ist sehr daran gelegen, dass seine Gäste die Zeit auf der Insel genießen. Er steht mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Seite. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Herzlichen Dank!
Die Unterkunft ( wunderschönes Gästehaus ) ist zum rundum Wohlfühlen geeignet: Schöne, stilvolle moderne Möbel, hochwertige Ausstattung und eine traumhafte Lage. Kevin ist als Host super und sehr sympathisch : Infos und Unterstützung jederzeit - man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!
Lovely place with excellent and friendly host in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Apartment is well equipped.
