‘Folkestone Ramblers Rest’ is perfect for short breaks at the seaside and has everything you need to feel at home. The main bedroom has a EU King size bed (160cm), a vanity unit basin & bath for those luxurious afternoons spent warming up after an icy coastal walk. Mod cons include smart TV, Netflix, super-fast WiFI, coffee machine, dishwasher & luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen. Parking is provided for one car; an additional space is available at a small charge. FolkestoneRamblersRest . Co . U K occupies the top two floors of a now-split Victorian home, set within a terrace of four other houses. The road is busy but our windows are well insulated and our central location is always a huge plus for guests, who love being able to walk everywhere. We are a very short walk from Rocksalt - many of our guests stay with us in order to avoid having to drive to dinner here!

Had a great overnight stay here with a five-year old and seven-year old. Really close to the sea, local restaurants and shops. Quiet and cosy inside.
It is a lovely space, suitable for family with kids. And the cooking stuff is on nice quality. Looking forward to come here again.
We had a very pleasant stay at Gail's. Great location close to supermarket, beach and harbour. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and duvets are very good quality. Children friendly flat, the cot and high chair was very useful for my 2 year old. Very friendly host and she got back to me very quickly for any questions that I had. Overall excellent for what you pay.
Gail was very responsive via the app. Good flat for four Adults and a toddler. Stair gate was very useful. distance from the town centre

We are super central - you have two large supermarkets within 300m, as well as a Starbucks not much further and a host of other local, independent shops that sell coffee, breakfast, bakery, etc. The beach and Harbour Arm are both within walking distance, as is the station.
