It will give you enough space to rest, read a book, do laundry or just watch the sunrise or sunset from the rooftop balcony. Guests will need enter the Village/Subdivision to gain access to the apartment. It is an attached apartment to a main house but the unit has its own private entry. It is located in the corner with wide, safe parking space. The unit has a gated entry way, with a couple of steps upon entry. 1F: 1 bedroom (double bed), laundry area and separate toilet and bath. Please remove your shoes before proceeding to the 2F. 2F: The Main living room, dining room and kitchen is on this floor. An ensuite bedroom with private tub will welcome you on this floor. Sliding windows open this area to the 1st balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. Make sure to wear your sweater when the fog hits home! Plus an extra toilet will be available to the rest of you not sleeping in the main bedroom. A quaint and strategically located pantry will lead you up to the 3F where you will find a library, game room and sitting area. A separate sink is also added to this floor in case you wanna host a soiree in the 3F balcony complete with fairy lights to lighten up the mood. This room has another sleeping room with bunkbeds and a sofa bed. No need to worry as there is also a toilet (and bath if you dont mind the squeezy space). on this floor so you need not worry about holding ur pee… All in all, the unit has 3 toilets and 2.5 bath… which is more than OK for a group of 5 or more. Two balconies to open up the space and each floor with tap/sink in case you need to keep washing your hands. Please be mindful and enjoy your stay.
