Mayan Sky Villa is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath Caribbean Villa with a unique old world feel. Located high above Coral Bay in the popular community of Upper Carolina. Slate floors are complemented by an abundance of naturally finished South American hardwood doors, trim and railings. Beautifully arched windows and doors and air conditioning can be found throughout the home. The Great Room includes a 17 foot vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating, and an entertainment center. The well designed kitchen has counter seating making conversing and cooking pleasurable. It is fully equipped to prepare delightful meals. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor classic wooden dining room table which can comfortably seat up to 6 diners, or if you would prefer your meals al fresco while enjoying stunning panoramic views of Coral Bay, there is casual dining area adjacent to the great room on the large wraparound covered deck. Mayan Sky offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests. The 3 bedrooms each have king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a large window designed to illuminate the room and provide stunning views of Coral Bay. Large double doors leading to a veranda. The second bedroom is on the same level and has an equally large window that overlooks Coral Bay. Additional windows allow you to take in the local flora. The third bedroom is poolside and features a daybed which can accommodate an additional guest. The swimming pool area offers complete privacy. There is romantic deck lighting around the pool making it perfect for a night swim. An outdoor shower located around the corner from the pool helps keep beach sand outside. Mayan Sky is located in the Upper Carolina neighborhood and is easily accessed by paved roads. Coral Bay has a number of restaurants and shops with easy parking and is only a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Cruz Bay is about 20 minutes along Centerline Road. Several of the North Shore National Park beaches are less than 10 minutes away. Mayan Sky is a perfect vacation home for guests looking for the quiet and peacefulness generally found on St John's eastern side. For guests looking for privacy and an 'away from it all' feeling in the Coral Bay area, Mayan Sky has it all.

This place is amazing. Waking up every day to this view was incredible. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Never needed to contact our host as everything was perfect. This home is so well stocked that we never missed a thing. Would re-book here in a heartbeat.
Gorgeous house in a wonderful location. Lots of privacy, cool layout of this home. We were minutes away from Coral Bay and amazing beaches. The beach chairs and coolers were used every day. Alicia gave us amazing local recommendations as well. This was our first time in St John and we were very pleased with our stay.
We absolutely loved Mayan Sky!! It was an amazing place to stay and is great for couples traveling together. Both of the bedrooms upstairs are very private and spread out from each other. It’s in a very peaceful and private location, but still able to get to the beaches and stores in 20-30 minutes. The balcony gives you the most incredible view of Coral Bay. We would definitely recommend this place for a St. John stay.
My husband & I stayed at Antares Mayan Sky for a week, we had a wonderful time! Location: very private & quiet. Sunrise viewed from the deck was a highlight. Layout of the house was interesting: 2 of 3 bedrooms are separate parts of the house & do not connect to the living room/kitchen part of the house; each are keyed. Master w/ large bathroom is right off kitchen, which is what we used. Ultimately, the layout is great if traveling w/ multiple adults or as a couple (very private), but would be challenging w/ younger kids as they have to walk outside to reach main house. Pool was chilly for me, but my husband enjoyed it. We loved the huge east-facing doors that allowed trade winds to pass through. Only complaints are: floors need a good scrub; cabinetry exteriors in kitchen & baths need a solid cleaning w/ magic eraser. Otherwise, kitchen very well stocked w/ equipment, linens very clean, fridge spotless. Lovely house, we would come back! Loved the Antares app, very helpful!
Mayan Sky is a gem. We’ve stayed on the island several times and this home is our favorite rental home to date. The home itself is private, peaceful, and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and beds super comfy. The terrace and pool area tie the home perfectly together with eating areas, balconies, patio furniture, and beautiful gardens. The pool lights are awesome at night. The views of the ocean and bay are breathtaking. The home is located on a quiet road which was nice for walks because there is little to no car traffic. There is a great grill and the kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. This was our first stay on the Coral Bay side of the island and we loved it. Five stars also to our host and her team, checking-in, and the app with handy info and great local recommendations for restaurants, grocery, etc.
