All About the View delivered: the airy and spacious decked house was the perfect home base for our family holiday-time return to St. John. From the absolute ideal island location - access to/from the home and stunning, don't-want-to-leave views - to the well-furnished and stocked living/sleeping/ample outdoor spaces, we did not want for anything, made 100% our own, including cooking Christmas dinner. We also appreciated Jared's attentive and responsive communications as needed before and during the trip, too.

Wonderful stay, perfect for two couples. Was our 5th time to St John. This house was middle of the pack on price we've paid compared to others but is at the top of our favorite places to stay list now. We've stayed on the beach, near the beach and now up in the "mountains." If you've never been to St John you'll likely find that you want to spend time at all the different beaches and trails on the island. So you will likely be driving to each of these places. All About the View is centrally located which is great and of course having that incredible view doesn't hurt. Highly recommend!

This place really was "all about the view." We spent most of our time sitting at the table on the balcony overlooking Coral Bay and gazing out at the Caribbean sea. From coffee in the morning to evening dinners by candlelight, the wrap around deck was fantastic. I also loved the pool, as it was the perfect cool dip after a hot day at the beach. The rooms were big and cozy with A/C. And the huge kitchen, open design, was modern and well equipped. The best part about this location, though, was being four minutes, down the hill, to Maho Bay, where I swam every morning. I've been to St. John several times and this was the first time being on the Coral Bay side. I think I prefer it now, because it still has that island feel and the natural beauty is outstanding- especially the East end and the Salt pond area. I highly recommend this place.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at All About the View. The pictures don’t do the views justice. They are spectacular. I think we spent 90% of our time there on the porch looking at beautiful Coral Bay. We have stayed in Cruz Bay before and wanted to try a different part of the island. We loved this location in that it’s quiet and peaceful but also still easy to get to both East and West ends. A little bit of a drive (15 min) to get to dinners in Cruz but we embraced driving the jeep on the windy roads with windows down. Really close to north shore beaches and Reef Bay Trail. Layout is great- comfortable, has everything you would need. We loved the outdoor shower and the bathroom off the pool. Note: the second bedroom is detached from main house if you have really small children that may get scared- but great for older children or 2 couples that want privacy. We hope to be back for sure and will miss the VIEWS!!! Hosts communication awesome.

Jared’s home All About the View is beautiful! The home is named appropriately!! The home was clean, very well equipped, comfortable and safe. We had a trip made of dreams come true. If you choose this house you will be happy you did!!
