An end of terrace townhouse in the heart of historic Warwick. Less than a 5 minute walk from Warwick train station. The property offers a visitor permit for the road and surrounding areas. It sleeps up to 5 people in two large bedrooms and a sofa bed located in the lounge. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king size bed that can be changed to two singles upon request which has the use of the downstairs family bathroom. This townhouse was built in the late 1800's and is set in the heart of Warwick Town Centre. The house offers a dining room, lounge, galley kitchen and family bathroom on the ground floor. The lounge area offers space for an additional guest with the use of a sofa bed. Bed linen can be provided for this upon request. There is a private garden at the rear of the property. The first floor has two large bedrooms both with king size beds. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The non-en suite bedroom has a king size bed that can be changed to two single beds upon request.

We had a splendid time at Kristy’s place. It is very close to the main streets with lots of restaurants and all the main sights (including Warwick Castle) are within walking distance. The place is clean, spacious and tastefully designed. We feel right at home staying here! Kristy always responded to our emails quickly and was most accommodative of our requests. I won’t hesitate to recommend this place to any friends travelling to Warwick!

We stayed in The Plumb Townhouse for just one night. It was in an excellent location for our visit to Warwick for the half marathon on the Sunday. Plenty of room for the four of us. The place was fantastically furnished, incredibly clean, and very well equipped. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. Great communication from Kristy before and during our short. I would certainly use again if needing a place for the family in Warwick.
