Despite the need to ask several clarifying questions, the host would respond within an hour and always provided an alternative solution that worked best for me (the guest). My trip got extended and I decided to stay put, same house, same room, because location-wise the house is close to practically everything you may need. Also, the house does not have carpet!!! Big plus, for someone with allergies like myself; only hardwood floors everywhere. Washer is brand new and front loading. Bedding and towels are clean and ironed.

This is my first time at an Airbnb. I wasn't sure what to expect , I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty much like the description. Doris was very responsive whenever I had a question or a need. The only issue involved a young man who was across the hall...he was loud and not very respectful...he had no real concept of what it takes to be in a shared house. Of course, this wasn't Doris's fault. I would appreciate having a "noise curfew". We (my husband Paul) and myself have chosen to stay for another month...it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
