Bill’s place was amazing! It is clean, quiet, and VERY well appointed. We met Bill and his partner briefly. They were super nice and friendly. The shower, walk in closet, and bathroom were our favorite. I think we may have used all the water in Austin! Be warned it is far off the street and down a steep, but well lighted path. Managing heavy luggage is not for the faint of heart nor unfit/infirm. We enjoyed the pool as well. This was by far the best Air BnB experience I have had anywhere. 100/10 recommend! I have stayed else where in Travis Heights in the past and would stay here again in a second. We had the BEST time! Street parking is easy and walking to area attractions is quick and safe. You will not be disappointed. Thank You!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Bill’s place! The studio was beautifully decorated and the bathroom (especially the large shower!) was fantastic. And the outdoor space was just as beautiful and welcoming. Bill is a fantastic host - responsive and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Bill’s place to anyone visiting Austin. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but literally just minutes from South Congress and downtown. Will definitely book with Bill again if I return to Austin!

I have stayed a few times before at the spaces Bill provides and they've always been lovely! This time is absolutely no exception. Bill is great with communication, from easy check-in instructions, timely responses to any inquiries I have, to even touching base with me when we would cross paths during my stay to ensure everything was to my liking. I can't ask for a more perfect spot to be whenever I visit Austin! The pool is so enjoyable and the unit is so beautiful! I love that each one of his spaces is unique to themselves and you can really tell Bill has an eye for design as he curates a different mood and theme for them. It's easy to see the thought and care he puts into everything and the amenities to make a stay more comfortable.
