Escape to luxury and tranquility in this stunning spacious beach house boasting 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths, and two 1/2 baths, swimming pool and hot tub. This house is perfect for entertaining multiple families with equipped large kitchen and eating areas. Balconies on the 2nd & 3rd floors with beautiful ocean views. It is a short walk to the beach with multiple beach access. Whether you're lounging indoors, hosting gatherings, or enjoying water sports, this beach house is the perfect getaway. The second floor has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and king size beds. There is an extra room with a trundle bed on the second floor. The third floor has three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. One has a king, another has a queen and the third has two twins.

Our stay was awesome. I had my grandkids, and they were in the pool constantly. Lots of room, everybody had their own space and bedroom, and it was quiet, so people could sleep in. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the house had everything we needed. Working with Jean Mark made it extra special. He accommodated a number of requests I had, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend
We had an absolute fabulous time staying at Jean-Marc's place in Palm Coast. It was the perfect location for our family to get together for a week and relax. The house is huge with plenty of space for a few families to stay together. We were two families and with teenage kids and they loved having the pool table and pool/spa to hang out in. We would definitely stay here again!

The beach is close walking distance. Publix is a 3 minute drive. Parking up to 5 vehicles in the driveway at the house. More than 5 vehicles is not permitted in the driveway per neighborhood rules. An extra vehicle can be parked in the garage.
