A true oasis of calm in the gorgeous Kent countryside. The Annexe is beautifully finished & perfect for our brief stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Sitting in the garden listening & watching the birds with no background noise of traffic was a real treat.

The perfect property if you want to escape to peace and quiet. Beautiful views and sunsets. Sky was filled with stars due to little light pollution. Even saw a shooting star which made my daughter’s day. Loved watching the wild birds and rabbit around the annexe. As it’s out in the country you do have to travel to get to supermarkets etc but that wasn’t a problem for us. Visited Canterbury and Sissington Gardens (National Trust) which were beautiful. Postcode for the property on Satnav does tell you that you’ve reached your destination before you get to the annexe if you come from M20 direction, so worth having a look on Google maps if you want to see what the entrance to the drive way looks like so you don’t go to the wrong house. Our Satnav took us down some extremely narrow lanes on the way there. We found that going via Egerton was easier. Hosts were very friendly and left some very tasty goodies for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a peace of a place. Beautifully designed stone barn home. Two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms, super convenient, and very very comfortable. Full modern kitchen with lots of useful equipment and utensils, as well as tea, coffee and some thoughtful staples left specifically for us. The location is at the top of the hill looking south down into the valley, woods and fields as far as the eye can see. The living room / lounge was relaxing and had a woodburning stove with lots of wood and firestarter for us to use. We were very cozy with underfloor heating throughout the space. I went out for lovely long rambles on the local footpaths - just walked straight out the door and found them a few minutes walk away. Being there in the spring I saw lots of wildflowers and bluebell woods. Simply gorgeous.Jodie-Anne was easy to communicate with - I was a bit confused about the location when we first arrived, but a quick phone call solved the mystery. It's really a special place.

We had a great stay and the location and facilities were excellent. Hope to be back sometime when we are next in the area.

We had a very relaxing weekend at the Annex, a perfect place to catch up with family. The welcome pack was great and we appreciated the farm eggs delivered in the morning for breakfast! Jodie-Anne was a great host and food at the local Rose and Crown pub is highly recommended.
