The absolute best spot to stay in Play del Carmen! The condo itself is absolutely fantastic. It is spacious, clean, and has the most amazing views. You have ample patio space directly accessible from the master and the living room plus an entire private roof deck. The location is perfect for walking to everything that you would want to enjoy about the city and the beaches. What makes this place really shine is the host and staff. The host is readily available for all your needs, questions and provides fantastic local suggestions. The staff at the condo unit itself are all very attentive and friendly. They truly make you feel at home while you are away and are ready to help with whatever you need. Organizing transportation for airport transfer, tours, or charters is a breeze and super reliable. Overall can't imagine ever staying anywhere else when we return.

The condo is over-the-top gorgeous. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience. Sally - Tonya’s associate - was AMAZING in providing advice, information and answers to ALL my questions both before and during our stay. The only warning I have is that there is a very very loud club next door to Luna Encantada. If you are looking for quiet, this unit is not the condo for you. The thumping bass bounces off the walls and the music plays until midnight. I decided to embrace the energy and felt it added to the feeling of being in the heart of a very happening Mexican City. The security at Luna Encantada was superb. The pool and private beach gorgeous. The entrance and beach attendants were warm and helpful and the drinks served in Pineapples are a must to complete the oasis experience. I definitely plan to go back to Playa Del Carmen and will stay here again!! Thank you Sally, Julie

Amazing Thanksgiving at this condo! We've been visiting Playa for 20+ years, this was probably the best location you could choose. It is next to music and construction on both sides, but the big construction project is at the other end of the building which you can barely see from the unit, and the other construction only goes from 9a-5pm. This never bothered us as we were out at the beach all day enjoying! Playa is known to be a party town, so you'll need to expect to hear noise wherever you go, whether it's here or a 5-star hotel. We loved the rooftop deck for yoga and working out, and enjoying a nightly glass of wine on the patio. Air conditioners worked great. The building is incredibly safe with gates and full time 24/7 security guards. Only regret we had was not hiring a personal chef one night to enjoy the unit even more! Only feedback for hosts would be to update the lighting a bit, as well as bedding. Would be great to have a smart lock on the door. All in all, 5-star stay!!

Can’t fault the amazing location, the beach front is great, the apartment is great. Yes we knew about the loud beach club and the construction noise, but it’s impossible not to affect your stay more than you may think. It kicks off early morning and goes until late at night, every day. So it’s impossible to enjoy the apartment for what it could be. It just made us venture away from the apartment more rather than enjoy the apartment itself. You can’t open the doors to hear the ocean, but hey that pretty much sums up most of Playa Del Carmen… it’s a party town. That’s the only reason I couldn’t give a 5 star review overall and value for money, otherwise faultless and host was great and responsive and heaps of great recommendations.
