Bring your food with you unless you want to go back to Harrison (25 min drive) to pick some up. The fence around the property is almost finished. We do not currently yet have a gate but will get that installed soon, and change this section of the listing when we do. Dogs are welcome, but beware that there are animals in the area that could attack your dog--please keep your eye on them, especially at night. Our home is a 25-minute drive from Harrison where you can find several fast-food and sit-down restaurants, a Home Depot, a Walmart, and a Hobby Lobby among other things. Be sure to bring your initial groceries (at least) so that you don't have to run into Harrison early the next day! Our home is exactly 2.5 miles off of US Hwy 43 and Plumlee Rd...and the road is a dirt road. You will want to drive slowly. Cars with low clearance may have a hard time getting to the home due to the road conditions--it's not in terrible shape but cars with a higher clearance don't have trouble with hitting the bottom of the car on the road. With just about everything you could need, you will really enjoy the comfort, solitude and quietness of this well-stocked home.
