As others have indicated, the process to get the keys afterhours is confusing, and uber drivers dont like waiting while you hunt for the location. Once youve arrived, and gotten over that hurdel - the location is perfect - directly over the road from the civic centre and restaurants, stores, bus and uber stops. You couldnt ask for an easier location to explore Canberra and do sight seeing. It was a really easy unit to stay in for the three of us on a long weekend. It was super tidy, the kitchen was easy to use. Portable stove addressed the stovetop issue, and communication was wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, we stayed 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The views from every room were great, roomy, clean and had everything there we needed and much more. The beds pure bliss 110% comfy. Freya was very prompt with messages and very informative with instructions. We found the parking easy. Great location with food, shops and entertainment across the road. We will return! Had no issues with the aircon and the daytime heat and blinds worked beautifully. Thank you for an easy and enjoyable long weekend away.

Excellent location being only metres to shops and restaurants. Apartment fit 3 adults, a teenager and a child comfortably with plenty of seating. A lovely touch was the cupboard being stocked with breakfast items as well as salt, pepper, sugar and milk in the fridge. Beds super comfy. Apartment has lovely views and one wall is all windows and glass which makes it very warm and toasty within. Air conditioning is found in each room if needed. Cooktop is needing repair but a portable cooktop has been provided. Bathrooms spotless with great water pressure providing lovely warm showers after long days trekking around Canberra. Would stay again!

The location is excellent and apartment is very well equipped & comfortable. Lovely views; walkable. Great city digs. As other reviewers have commented, very sunny ( good!), but can be hot. We had an issue with key pick up from the off site location. Property managers need to attend to this as a priority. Other guests have raised this. The current system isn't working, especially for those guests coming via cab.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best stay, poor communication before we arrived on the fact one bathroom had a tap which was leaking all over the floor making it dangerous and the oven hob also wasn’t working. As we were staying the night before the Canberra half it was quite inconvenient for our meal prep. They suggested we went to a communal kitchen in the building which didn’t work with two young children. The place seemed to be falling apart half the blinds broken.
