We are centrally located to full the Buffalo and Niagara Falls experience. We are less than 20 minutes to shopping centers, fine dining restaurants/restaurants, stadiums, state parks and breweries. We are located 3 minutes from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. minutes away from highway I-90 and 33 -Newly renovated 900 sq ft, guesthouse with 2 bedroom 1 bathroom! -Central air and heat! -high speed internet -kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook meals during your stay! We do have a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, stove and microwave. We have a kitchen table that seats 4! -each bedroom has a queen size bed that has a pillow top mattress , closet space and dresser. TV in each room, with access to Netflix, Disney Plus and we will provide Cable during your stay! -bathroom is stocked with towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We will provide more if needed, we also have toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dyer and toiletries -We do have a washer and dryer in the house, tide pods and dryer sheets will be provided. There is an iron and ironing board available to use during your stay. Guest will enter our grand Froyer, to the private entrance into the guesthouses. Host do live on property
