This was a nice charming house to stay in, very comfortable for the two of us. The hot tub was awesome, perfect for two people, 3 would have been a crowd. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was great, I always bring my own kitchen knives so I can't attest to the sharpness or usefulness of the ones provided. Direct access to the beach was right in front of the house. The owner was very nice and alerted me on the day that we were making our way out there that we could check in whenever we wanted after 11am, instead of the 4pm check in. Would definitely come back, I have no complaints. One thing to note, cell reception is spotty for Verizon users so make sure you have all your check in details downloaded before you arrive.

We loved staying at this place! The house is beautiful and well stocked. We loved sitting on the upper deck, long walks on the beach and being in the hot tub for sunset. We definitely will be back.

My teen daughters and I had a magical stay at Brandon's home. The home was beautiful, the views were exquisite, and we were able to have quality family time. The kitchen was amazing with so many gadgets I wanted to use (but alas, didn't). The neighborhood was quiet which is what we wanted. There were some games there that we played and a ton of great books that would have kept me occupied for a year. It was fun to watch the clammers in the morning, people flying kites on the beach, and taking runs/walks along the three mile stretch of beach. This property is special and I am grateful we got the chance to stay there!

Wonderful place to stay. Easy access to the beach and was only a 5 min. drive to Seabrook and explore the town. Upon check-in, we couldn't find the "Welcome" book with the code to the hot tub or Wifi information since we didn't have very good cell service. We called the number from the confirmation email and were very helpful. The place was very clean. We will be back. Thank you!
