This was a great and convenient place to stay for our trip to Arches! It's so close to the park and right off of main street in Moab. Parking was easy, and the place is cute.

Very clean, looks newly refinished. The location is very convenient to downtown Moab - park and walk to anywhere downtown. The unit is a basement unit - good because it insulates against street noise, bad if there is a tenant in the apartment above as you can hear all footsteps, moving of furniture, washing dishes, etc. Plenty of parking for the 3 units on site. The yard and porches are shaded and are good places to sit and read.

Pros: very close to Arches and access to amenities downtown. Plenty of parking and the neighborhood was extremely quiet Cons: Not sure if it was the unit itself or the people above me, but the sound proofing was nonexistent. I’m a light sleeper and would go to bed early to go hiking the next day and it was difficult to do so. I could hear the people upstairs using the shower and other amenities. If noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll be fine. There was a lot of mold in the washing machine. I let the host know asap and I was surprised that nobody else - including any cleaning crew - mentioned anything. Based on the pictures, I didn’t expect the tub/shower to be so high up. If you have mobility issues or are not tall, it’s hard to get in and out of. I’m 5”8 and still had an awkward time getting out of the tub/shower. I did appreciate the artwork and thought the bedroom was cute. It’s a very spacious unit for one person and would still be plenty of room for two people.

Tyler is an amazing host! Super responsive and provided clear instructions for everything we needed for our stay. My best friend and I visited Moab to celebrate our birthdays and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We’ll definitely be coming back to visit this place again soon!
