There is a short 10 step (6ft wide) staircase that leads down to the beach style area (small river rocks) and water. (see photos for stairs/river) - Water level is currently holding at 6 feet towards the middle of the river but can fluctuate during/after rainfall, etc. - Kayak & Paddle board rental nearby (Delivers!) or bring along your own personal watercraft! (No motorized watercraft access point at this time) - Bring your fishing gear and water toys/tubes! (Maybe some water shoes for the little ones) - Huge Circular Fire Pit big enough for the whole family surrounded by bench seating and cafe lighting. (Wood provided for ONE fire per group. You’re welcome to bring more) - Small Wedding Friendly! (Must stay within maximum. See ‘Accommodations’ below for details) - We have a list of Local Caterers, Chair/Table/canopy rental, Florists & Bakeries. - Huge Shaded Yard Great for Outdoor Games, Group Meditation & Events - Pet Friendly! Relax under the 120+ year old pecan shade trees, dip your toes in the water, roast some marshmallows around the fire pit and create wonderful long lasting memories. ACCOMMODATIONS: - 11 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens (Freshly made beds and towels in every bathroom) - 28 in beds and 6 on futons. (Home Max on the property at all times including visitors/those not staying at the home is 32. We do not count children 5 years old and under) - Large Kitchen fully open to the Dining and Living Room areas of the Main House. Kitchen is stocked with all kitchen tools you’d need to cook a thanksgiving dinner and more! - Kindly refer to the floor plan photos to understand the layout of the bedrooms.
