Just 0.3mile, drive 1 munite to Lindsay natural Preserve ,consists forests, meadows and wetlands which Free open to public! Also two beautiful NY St parks on the way driving from Ithaca to this house on 96 / 34 S . House is by the road 96 / 34 , easily drive to Ithaca or Spencer. Long driveway. Lot of parking space. property has 9.5 acres with beautiful hill views. Gorgeous colors in Autumn. 0.3 mile at West Danby to a great nature preserve.

Very quiet, just what I was looking for.
We only stayed for the evening, but the place has a beautiful surrounding area. It was really nice to walk outside and see the sunset and sunrise. At night, the stars were very clear to see which was very cool!

This is a basement apartment and I was the first to stay there. It was in desperate need of airing and had a damp musty smell that was so bad it triggered my asthma. I had to leave and ended up staying a lot further away because there was no local accommodation available at such short notice at a reasonable price. Lin did offer for me to stay at her house, but by then I had already left. She did her best to be helpful and offered a refund. Initially it was including fees, but the check is minus that. But I’m grateful for the refund

No restaurant, food market in West Danby , but enjoy hiking in nature Preserve, State parks or stay in backyard relax .
