I booked Arseniy's place for my family's quick trip to Cebu. Though it was almost last minute booking, Arseniy's made sure all is well. The place was cozy and clean with complete stuff. Arseniy is very accommodating and responsive. One of the kindest hosts I've dealt with. I will definitely book this place again. I'm so glad I found this place and my family get to stay comfortably.
