From the dining room you step up into the small but fully equipped kitchen with wooden worktops and integrated appliances. Beyond the dining room is the cosy lounge with comfy seating, smart TV and highly efficient wood burning stove. The ground floor also has a Utility Room with WC and an understairs cupboard, housing lots of useful items. A staircase accessed from the dining room leads you up to the first floor, which has been opened up to create vaulted ceilings with exposed historic purlins. At the top of the stairs to the right is the good sized master bedroom with dual aspect windows and a king sized bed. The first floor corridor leads to two further bedrooms and the shower room. The second bedroom with zip-and-link beds can be super-king sized or a twin. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (full-sized singles), and the adjacent shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet, large basin and a heated towel rail. Outside there is a pretty cottage garden to the front and a large wild garden to the rear, with a patio and garden table and chairs.
