The "Sunny Oasis: Villa Retreat" has 3 total beds (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed) and can comfortably sleep 6! The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. Inside you'll also find a large living room, dining area, and private bedroom/bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a full coffee bar and all the latest appliances and utensils to cook your favorite meals. Stay entertained with a selection of board games, three big screen Smart TVs or a game of darts in the lanai. AMENITIES: - Three smart tv's (two Roku, one LG WebOS. No login provided, please feel free to sign into your streaming apps as you wish) - Community pool access - Board games - Lanai with dart board - Beach towels and chairs (two Tommy Bahama chairs, two inflatable loungers, two umbrellas, one beach mat) - Full coffee bar - Wine glasses & bottle opener - Four adirondack chairs and conversation table on the back patio - Outdoor grill - Designated office with computer monitor HOUSE RULES: - Please take extra care of the two pool key cards. Everything was wonderful. And Kyle kept communication with us just in case we needed anything. No complaints
I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. The community was quiet and well kept. The unit, itself, was open, spacious and well appointed. I felt at home immediately. Instructions and suggestions were thorough. I loved the decor choices.
A friend and I stayed at the Sunny Oasis for a few nights and I can't say enough about how perfect it was. Everything was spotless, the decor was gorgeous, and the two bedrooms with their own baths were excellent. We used all the space! The common area was comfortable and the layout is perfect. We did a couple of loads in the space age washer and dryer and that was so convenient especially after beach days. It was so nice also to have a dedicated parking spot. The condo is either super well insulated or the neighbors are very quiet - we never heard a peep from anyone. This location was great for us - a quick trip to Honeymoon Island (my favorite beach) and close to Walmart and Publix for necessities. Kyle and Mishelle were extremely attentive and friendly hosts and hope that we will be back next year for another visit!! Highly, highly recommend!
Beautiful remodel and immaculately clean and comfortable Airbnb. We loved the amenities- pool and playground for kids- and the condo is well equipped with whatever we needed. We made use of the beach gear. Easy drive to Clearwater. Kyle was very responsive and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend.
Just as described. Would stay here again. Awesome amenities like beach supplies, volleyball, tennis rackets, and fully stocked kitchen. Nice coffee maker. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the screened in porch.
